As a way to bring Ballantyne area residents together the Ballantyne Breakfast Club founded Ballantyne After Dark in 2007. Our objective was to develop a casual social venue where residents and newcomers could have a good time and make new friends. As the perfect setting for these parties we choose the Gallery Restaurant & Bar at Ballantyne Resort.
Our plans for 2008 are to schedule several of these BAD parties at the Gallery. These parties will be promoted in advance to the community by Ballantyne Resort, the Gallery, Gobissell.com, the Charlotte Observer, Ballantyne Magazine and on BallantyneBreakfastClub.com
2008 Kickoff Party......Leap into Spring, Friday Feb.29th starting at 6pm at the Gallery. Everyone is welcome to enjoy themselves with food and drink specials featuring "Cheeseburgers in Paradise", Ballantyne style, Tommy Bahma Rum mixed drinks and other tropical treats. There will be live music to a Jimmy Buffett beat, a DJ and a special Tommy Bahama fashion show.
Dress to impress with a tropical flair and you might be judged a winner and receive a gift certificate from Tommy Bahama at Southpark.
