You want a personal commitment that who you list with is dedicated to your needs first and foremost. For some in the business it is a numbers game which can be deceiving. I do not work having a team of dozens of agents. I learned the ropes since I started my real estate career in 1994 first with RE/MAX as one of the areas top individual agents and a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame.
