New Hotel & Growth in Toringdon
Toringdon will be adding more retail with the release of four out parcels in the retail center. In addition a new hotel is under construction at the corner of Johnston Road and Endhaven Lane across from Toringdon office park & Toringdon retail.

The next meeting of the Ballantyne Breakfast Club Community Information Forum will feature CMS Superintendent
Dr. Peter Gorman. This meeting will be on Saturday morning, Sept. 13 at 9AM at Ballantyne Resort. Be sure to mark the date and to invite your family, friends, neighbors and co-workers to join you.
We are working on selecting a special meeting date prior to the elections so that we can hold a candidates forum.
Once we have the details worked out we will post the information here and on the Breakfast Club web site.

Ballantyne After Dark
We're having another BAD Party to help launch "Oktoberfest" at the Ballantyne Resort Hotel on Friday evening September 26th. As always our BAD socials are open to everyone who wants to have a good time while making new friends and enjoying authentic German food and beer specials.
Our tropical Tommy Bahama Party at the Gallery at Ballantyne Resort on Feb. 29th was a big success with over 200 attending. We will be having more of these community social gathering during the year so please check back here or visit www.ballantynebreakfastclub.com for updates on future parties.

Constant growth have been the hallmark of the corporate
park since the beginning and there are no signs of that slowing
down. New construction on several hi-rise buildings are the talk of the area. Two twin ten story office towers are rapidly nearing completion as are the two more 6-story buildings on N.Community House Road. Future plans will be adding another 10 story building along Ballantyne Commons Parkway at North Community House Road.

in 2002 the Ballantyne Breakfast Club provides a forum for the
exchange of information between residents, community leaders,
area developers, business leaders, elected officials and service
providers. Meeting are scheduled six times a year. Meetings are
free and open to anyone wishing to learn more about this exciting
area.
