My name is Elaine Eschert and I love calling Charlotte, NC home. It has been my home since 1978. That’s when my husband, our two sons, and I relocated to South Charlotte.
Today, our sons and their families along with my mother and father and other relatives are residents of the area.

"You were our House Angel"
Ken, Cindy & Savanna |
Those five words best express the relationship I try to establish with my clients. What it says about me came from the heart and represents in the nicest way the person and Realtor I am.
Over the years my family, friends and clients constantly tell me I have found the perfect career because I get so excited about assisting others in becoming a part of our community. From the moment we meet, all during the real estate process and after the closing, you can depend on me to be there for you.
Experience and Knowledge
I attribute my success to my experience and knowledge of the area. The simple fact is I don’t just show the area I know the area. My clients benefit from my experience and extensive long term knowledge of the homes, communities, builders, developers, service providers, elected officials and amenities. If you’re considering purchasing or selling a home or just need information about the area please allow me to put my experience and knowledge to work for you.
Community Involvement
Ever since we moved here, my business partner and husband Ray or I have always been involved with our community…school volunteer, founding board members of homeowners associations, Presidents of Homeowners Associations, Board of Election Judge, Campaign co-chairperson for a two term city council representative, campaign worker for two different mayors, sponsors for community swim and soccer teams, little league coach, community food drive organizer, numerous guest speaking engagements for community organizations including the Communities of America Homeowners Forum.
In 2001 my husband, Ray founded the Ballantyne Breakfast Club a community information forum which was honored in 2009 by the Mayor of Charlotte with a proclamation declaring December 5th, 2009 as Ballantyne Breakfast Day. He also is the sponsor & host of the annual Ballantyne Candidates Forum & Chili Cook-Off event, the Ballantyne After Dark Tommy Bahama Party & Fashion Show and the Ballantyne Festival. In 2008 he was appointed by the Charlotte City Manager to serve as the South Charlotte representative on the Road Committee of 21. Since 2009 he has served on the Board of Directors for the Ballantyne Chapter of the Chamber of Commerce. He has been an area spokesperson in advocating NCDOT improvements to the areas road systems including I-485, the Johnston Road fly over interchange & the building of the North Community House Road bridge. All of which will be completed by 2013-14.
Because of his dedication to the community of Ballantyne he was honored in 2009 by the Bissell Companies, the developer of Ballantyne, with the title of "Mayor of Ballantyne.
In 2012 Ray was appointed to the Charlotte Mecklenburg Planning Commission.
